  As for pretreatment options, we employ various processes depending on the requirements of the project. In cases where it is applicable, we utilize blasting to ensure a clean and smooth surface for optimal adhesion. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive multi-stage zirconium pretreatment process that includes cleaning, rinsing, and chemical treatments to prepare the surface for coating. Our part window dimensions are impressive, with the capacity to handle parts up to 36" wide x 48" tall x 6' long and weighing up to 2400 lbs.

  We have invested in 5 overhead coating lines to accommodate different types of projects. Among these lines, we have 2 dedicated powder coating lines with a remarkable part capacity of up to 2400 lbs. This allows us to efficiently handle large-scale projects while maintaining the highest level of precision and quality.

In addition to our powder coating lines, we also have 3 overhead paint lines that can handle parts weighing up to 12,000 lbs. This versatility ensures that we can meet the demands of a wide range of industries and applications.
