Outdoor blast pad: 70' up to 25k lbs.

Indoor blasting: 2 booths up to 16' x 8' and part weight up to 5k lbs.

Liquid / Chemical

425' - 4" conveyor 3-Stage Iron-phosphate wash system with a heated automated dry off blower tunnel.

Window size 36"W X 48"T X 72"L @ 2400lbs

Orange P4 Line - 4" powered conveyor: Dedicated powder coating line. Part envelope size of 30" x 6' or 10" x 10' depends on the part width to be coated and mass.

Yellow P6 Line - 6" Powered conveyor:  Liquid or Powder coatings in a 50' spray booth up to 12K lb. part weight.

Red and Blue Lines -  4" manual conveyors: Liquid or Powder coatings in a 50' spray booth up to 12K lb. part weight.

Powered Magnum Line - High speed small part powder line. Parts up to 50lbs

*Additional 50' cross draft truck booth located at our other facility is available for liquid application if needed on large heavy parts. 

Portable 16' IR -  350-450 degree

Portable 5' IR - 350 -500 degree

Gas Oven - Size 12' x 9' x 50'

High Temp: 475 degree 

Low Temp: 140-230 degree

Curing options may combine the gas oven  and / or IR combination cure depending on the individual part.
