Famaco started fabrication and welding services in Tilton, IL back in 1966. It is owned and operated by Kent Berg and his wife Lisa Vogel. Our 22,000 sqft facility produces fabricated or welded products for the larger OEMs in the construction, material handling or agriculture industries.

Adaptive Bicycle Trailers began in 2013. Together, Kent Berg and his wife Lisa Vogel provide an opportunity for individuals with special needs to experience the joy of being able to go on a family bicycle ride. All design and assembly are completed by us allowing customization to meet an individual's needs.
Tim and Lou Daniel started in the portable welding and custom fabrication industry in the early 1980's. They were able to build an extremely reputable skid steer attachment company along with large fabrication projects all over the world.
In 2024, Tim and Lou's son, Harley Daniel and Kent Berg partnered to form OMNI Industrial Group, LLC.
